Baccarat Policies and Method

Baccarat Standards

Baccarat banque is wagered on with 8 decks in a shoe. Cards under 10 are worth face value while Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is one. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not actual people; they simply represent the two hands that are dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The total for each hand is the sum of the two cards, although the first digit is dumped. e.g., a hand of 5 and 6 has a total of 1 (5 plus six = eleven; dump the 1st ‘one’).

A additional card will be given out based on the following rules:

- If the player or banker gets a score of 8 or 9, the two players stay.

- If the gambler has five or less, he hits. Players stays otherwise.

- If the player holds, the banker takes a card on a value less than five. If the player takes a card, a chart is employed to determine if the house holds or hits.

Baccarat Odds

The larger of the two totals wins. Winning bets on the house payout 19 to 20 (even money less a five percent commission. Commission are kept track of and cleared out when you depart the game so be sure to still have money remaining just before you depart). Winning wagers on the gambler pays one to one. Winning wagers for tie usually pay eight to one but occasionally 9 to 1. (This is a poor bet as ties happen lower than one in every ten hands. Be wary of wagering on a tie. However odds are substantially better for nine to one vs. 8 to 1)

Bet on properly baccarat provides pretty decent odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Banque Scheme

As with all games Baccarat has a few accepted misconceptions. One of which is close to a absurdity in roulette. The past isn’t a prophecy of events yet to happen. Tracking past outcomes at a table is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most accepted and possibly the most successful scheme is the 1-3-2-6 technique. This technique is used to pump up profits and limit losses.

Start by betting 1 dollar. If you succeed, add one more to the 2 on the table for a sum of three units on the second bet. Should you succeed you will retain six on the table, subtract 4 so you keep 2 on the 3rd round. Should you come away with a win on the third round, add two on the four on the game table for a total of six on the 4th round.

If you lose on the initial bet, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the first bet followed by a loss on the second causes a loss of 2. Wins on the initial 2 with a hit on the third provides you with a take of two. And wins on the initial 3 with a defeat on the fourth means you break even. Winning all four bets leaves you with 12, a profit of 10. This means you will be able to lose the 2nd wager five instances for every successful streak of 4 rounds and still experience no loss.
